David Haggard has a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies from PBU, a Master's in Educational Administration from Temple University (PA), and 20+ years of experience working in higher education administration. He currently works as a Compliance Specialist with the State of Tennessee, in addition to being a Board Member of Blazing Hope Ranch.

He and his wife Jo founded Blazing Hope Ranch together, after first dreaming about it in college. In 2015, over twenty years and three children later, they made that vision a reality. They believe that God has carefully developed and gifted them as a team to carry out the unique and challenging task of building and maintaining Blazing Hope Ranch.

David enjoys refining systems and making effective processes. He loves teaching, one-on-one discipleship, cars, running, and the outdoors.
