Bill Kellaris has served on the Blazing Hope Ranch board since its founding. Having an association of over two decades with founders David and Jolien Haggard, Bill sensed God’s leading to help them develop a life-changing ministry in Rhea County, Tennessee. Born in California, he has spent his adult life in Michigan, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Georgia.

His career spanned five decades serving in Christian school and college administration and missions. Retired since 2019, Bill is actively involved in Journey Community Church in Evans, Georgia, where he resides with his wife of 54 years, Juanita. They are the thankful parents of two adult married children and the proud grandparents of three granddaughters and two grandsons.

Bill’s interests include classic cars, US history, reading, gardening, travel, and spending time with his grandchildren.
