Tae Rogers serves as a Prevention Outreach Consultant with the Rhea County Coalition, where she focuses on substance use prevention, community education, resource linkage, and stigma reduction. Through her work, Tae partners with individuals, families, and organizations to strengthen protective factors, support recovery efforts, and connect people to critical mental health and recovery resources. She is also actively involved in outreach and training initiatives, including harm reduction efforts and community education programs.
Tae is passionate about creating meaningful community impact through education, compassion, and collaboration. She is deeply committed to meeting individuals where they are and helping reduce barriers to support, bringing empathy, attention to detail, and a strong collaborative spirit to her work.
Tae lives in Dayton with her husband and enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, hiking Tennessee’s natural beauty, traveling, and refinishing furniture as a creative outlet. She is active in her church community at Graysville Church of God and is driven by her faith and belief that every person has value, purpose, and deserves the opportunity to experience healing and wholeness.
