Most positions and roles at Blazing Hope Ranch are intentionally filled by volunteers. This includes the Executive Director and Clinical Director. As a small organization that relies on the generous donations of individuals, churches and organizations, we seek to be good stewards of our resources. We specifically have paid positions for individuals who serve as program mentors in the transitional living program.
