If you’re interested in joining us at Blazing Hope Ranch for our transitional living program, or want to refer someone else who would benefit from the program, please fill out the referral form below with as much detail as possible. Blazing Hope Ranch is not a crisis intervention center, and we are unable to provide immediate emergency services.
